This beautiful space in Old Town Alexandria is located next to everything you could possibly want! Equal parts charming and historic, this home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, full kitchen, and living room. You also enjoy full privacy for your utmost comfort.

You’ll be staying just a few blocks off King Street. A short walk to the grocery store, Potomac River waterfront, and many popular Old Town Alexandria shops and restaurants. There are convenient transportation options nearby with a free shuttle to the Metro, easy access to Reagan National Airport, and quick travel to downtown Washington D.C, Mount Vernon, and other historic landmarks. Staying here will be an experience you won't soon forget!

  Historic Old Town two bedroom house with an additional open loft bedroom (stairs off the master bedroom). Highly recommend it for value, location and general comfort. The 3 living areas (2 first floor and one in the master) are comfortable and nicely furnished. There is a full sized washer/drier in the house.

  Went into DC everyday from the house. It’s about a mile to the metro station from the property so if you are without a vehicle like we were, take that into consideration. Otherwise, property is clean and as stated. We walked to different restaurants each night from our house. Historic building and homes along the way make for enjoyable walking.

  Lovely house. Close to good restaurants and Starbucks around the corner. Would be good to have WiFi password visible (had to phone it in) also there were no tea towels to dry dishes (only bounty towels. Some of the bowls in cupboard had water in them. Easy fix. Overall charming house.

  This property is clean, well equipped and decorated and in a fantastic location. There is a grocery store and drug store within minutes and Old Town is just a short walk through historic and beautiful streets. Parking was easy and the property had everything we needed to feel like home!

  Staying in old town in a town home that is totally new and chic but still keeps some of the old world charm is a nice touch when visiting Alexandria. It was super comfortable and easy to get to everything in Old Town. Parking was always easy and the layout of the master with the en suite loft was very fun for us. Overall a great experience!
