Welcome to The Inns! We are a brand of luxury vacation homes. All of our Inns are upscale, newly renovated, and professionally decorated. Custom finishes throughout both these historic houses showcase celebrated local artists and interior designers. We are in the heart of downtown Charleston. Just a few blocks off famous King Street. This beautiful 10 bedroom listing has 6 full baths plus 4 kitchens. There is a private outdoor common area and four parking spots.

You'll be staying inside one of the trendiest neighborhoods in downtown Charleston. Only blocks off famous King Street, you are a short walk away from many of the best shops, restaurants, and bars that the “Holy City” has to offer. Just a quick ride to The Battery. Only 20 minutes from Isle of Palms, Sullivan's and Folly Beach. Staying here will be an experience you won't soon forget!

The Inns are all designed to provide you with the highest level of comfort and satisfaction. Please note that there are a few steps to reach the porch, and a short flight of stairs inside to the bedrooms. Our Guest Services manager will send you a welcome email and is always available to help with any needs or questions you might have.

Check-In is at 4PM. Check-Out is at 11AM.

    Our family rented all 4 units on Spring Street recently. Though the management company was accommodating and helpful, we found that not all the units were exactly as advertised. Units 69A, B and 71B had bathrooms that were not updated adequately and the showers were not great. The bedroom carpet in 69A was very dirty, (we did not want to walk on it with bare feet) and its bathrooms (both) were unpleasant. All units but 71B had nice,updated kitchens, and all of them had nice living rooms. The only one with a nice bathroom was 71A. Note: there was a mildewy smell in all the units. The outside areas were lovely. The units were very clean, nicely decorated and all had well-equipped (kitchens had everything one would need for a stay). I would recommend these units with caveats-be aware that the bathrooms are not updated as one would expect, and the A/C in the upstairs units do not work as well as the downstairs units when it is very hot outside. I really believe the bathrooms need more work. One more item- 69A had no dresser in the bedroom though there is surely room for one and 71A had no closet for clothes in the bedroom- inconvenient for a longer stay.
