Welcome to The Inns! We are a brand of luxury vacation homes. All of our Inns are upscale, newly renovated, and professionally decorated. Custom finishes throughout this historic house showcase celebrated local artists and interior designers. We are located in the heart of downtown Charleston. Just a few blocks off famous King Street. This 2 bedroom unit has 1 full bath plus a kitchen, and enjoys total privacy for your utmost comfort. There is a shared outdoor common area and one parking spot.

You'll be staying inside one of the trendiest neighborhoods in downtown Charleston. Only blocks off famous King Street, you are a short walk away from many of the best shops, restaurants, and bars that the “Holy City” has to offer. Just a quick ride to The Battery. Only 20 minutes from Isle of Palms, Sullivan's Island and Folly Beach. Staying here will be an experience you won't soon forget!

The Inns are all designed to provide you with the highest level of comfort and satisfaction. Please note that there are a few steps to reach the porch, and a short flight of stairs to get to the unit. Our Guest Services manager will send you a welcome email and is always available to help with any needs or questions you might have.

Check-In is at 4PM. Check-Out is at 11AM.

    Lovely quaint older Charleston style house nicely furnished comfortable and cozy!
    Quiet neighborhood nice courtyard and a great parking space!!
    Only issue was unavoidable! the heating unit had a problem with the pilot light and would not heat the house. When reported to the property manager she had a heat/ac repairman and (Leann) come fix problem asap.being a cold day heat guy’s I’m sure were busy all over town! Anyway we would love to stay there again! Great place.

    We had a terrific time staying here. You can walk out the door and 10-15 minutes be in the heart of Charleston! Perfect place for a couple with children, real comfy king bed in the master and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom.

    The apartment was small but lovely renovated and very clean! The only downside was the fact thst the water pressure (even after the people from the rental management checked it) was very low. I was not able to wash my hair (a lot and thick hair). This might be normal for Chatleston, however, for a longer stay it would not be acceptable to me. Otheemrwise everything was in order

    We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at 69B Spring Street. We found the property very clean ,comfortable and true to the description & photographs on line. All rooms were as expected and there is a lovely outdoor seating/dining area at the back of the apartment . The location is in a fairly quiet area ,a 15 minute stroll gets you to the hub of Downtown. We enjoyed a guided walking tour,visited a couple of the Historic House Museums,the Harbour tour and visited Boone Hall Plantation, all of which were interesting,informative and we would recommend. We hope to return to Charleston in the future and would happily stay at this accomodation again .

    This was a beautiful place. Two bedrooms with living room and kitchen. It was decorated like it was being pictured in a magazine. The neighborhood is so historic. There are several great places to eat within a block or so and King street is two blocks away. The Warehouse is a must and the deviled eggs and clam strips are highly reccomended. There is a bakery next door so coffee and pastries are quick and easy in the morning. Hominy Grill is so close. Make sure you take a walk around the block just to soak up the history in the area. It was a bit pricy when we went but no more that the hotels. If you have 2 couples it would be perfect. There is a back quaint patio we got to know the people staying downstairs and it was a wonderful weekend. Highly reccomended. My only reccomended ion is they need sports channels we couldn't watch the SEC games on TV.
